Personal injury claims and insurance companies.

Garden House Solicitors regularly receives instructions from accident victims who are dissatisfied with the service that they have received from another firm of solicitors.  The most frequent complaints are that they have never met face to face with the person handling their claim and that the medical evidence obtained by that solicitor is not correct.

Accident victims are often in need of rehabilitation and if your solicitor does not see you face to face it is not always apparent what help you need.  At Garden House we see every one of our clients face to face and their rehabilitation is one of the most important aspects of our work.  We also ensure that we instruct eminent experts to examine our clients and prepare expert medical reports.

We also receive instructions from clients who are not happy about another solicitor who is taking too long to progress their claim.  Accident victims who are over the age of 18 have 3 years from the date of the accident to bring a claim to trial.  When taking over conduct of these claims from other solicitors we regularly find that they did not start preparing the claim for trial until nearing the end of the three year limitation period.  The problem with that is that getting evidence at a late stage can often be difficult, if not impossible.  At Garden House we make sure to gather evidence and obtain witnesses statements at an early stage to ensure that our clients have the best prospects of succeeding in their claims without having to go to trial.
I have personally taken over conduct of a number of accident claims where the former solicitor has told the client that they did not have any chance of succeeding in the claim; in every case my firm went on to win the case and the compensation awarded in the majority of these cases was substantial.
Accident victims do not realise that they are entitled to select a solicitor of their own choice, they do not have to sign up to a solicitor recommended by their insurance company who they will probably never meet.  At Garden House if we think your claim has good prospects of success we will handle the claim for you under a No Win No Fee Agreement, so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by instructing us.  Think about it, why would you instruct a solicitor recommended by an insurer to sue an insurance company?

  1. A common term insurance strategy for a very long time for $200,000 would be about $20/month. Presently... on the off chance that you needed to purchase an entire life coverage strategy for $200,000 you may pay $100/month for it. So as opposed to charging you $20 (which is the genuine cost) you will be cheated by $80, which will at that point be placed into a bank account. https://besteuitvaartverzekering.com

  2. Personal injury claims involve seeking compensation for the physical, emotional, or financial harm caused by accidents or incidents due to someone else's negligence. Insurance companies often play a crucial role in these claims, as they are typically the ones responsible for paying out settlements or compensation. However, the claims process can sometimes be complex, with insurance companies aim to minimize their payout. It is essential for individuals pursuing personal injury claims to have a basic understanding of insurance policies, coverage limits, and negotiation strategies to ensure they receive fair compensation for their damages. Seeking legal advice from a qualified professional can also be beneficial in navigating the intricacies of dealing with insurance companies.
